To ensure a smooth webinar experience, please make sure your device meets the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.13 or later, or the latest iOS/Android version for mobile devices
- Browser: Latest version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox
- Internet Connection: Minimum 5 Mbps for video streaming; wired connections recommended for stability
- Software: Zoom (latest version) or the designated webinar platform installed
- Hardware: Speakers or headphones, microphone if you plan to ask questions, webcam optional
Testing Audio & Video
Before joining a webinar:
