When and How You’ll Receive Your Certificate

You’ll receive your Certificate of Attendance via email within 48 hours after the live webinar. If you registered under a CEU-approved session (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, NASBA), the certificate will reflect those credits. Reminder: please make sure the email address used during registration is correct to avoid delivery issues.

Downloading CEU-Approved Certificates

If the webinar is pre-approved for CEUs, your certificate will include the credit details. Certificates are sent by email in PDF format, which can be easily downloaded and saved to your device.

Each eligible webinar will clearly list the CEUs offered in its description. The number of credits is specified on your certificate.
Reissuing Lost Certificates
If you misplace your certificate, don’t worry – we can reissue it. Simply contact help@complianceprime.com with:

  • Your full name
  • The webinar title and date
  • The email used for registration

You’ll receive a replacement certificate by email within 2 business days.
