How to Register for a Webinar

Visit our Webinar Calendar and click “Register” on your chosen session. Complete the checkout process, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your access link.

You can apply the discount codes on the checkout page.

Accessing Your Webinar Link

After you complete your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Compliance Prime with your unique webinar link.
Steps to Access Your Webinar:

  • Open your registration confirmation email (check your inbox and spam/junk folder).
  • Click the “Join Webinar” button or link provided.
  • You’ll be redirected to Zoom (or the designated webinar platform).
  • Once verified, you’ll be admitted into the live session.

Tips:

  • Save the confirmation email in your calendar for quick access.
  • You can also find your access link in the reminder emails sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the webinar.
  • These links are also available under your Compliance Prime account. You can follow the path: Profile->Order->Webinar
  • If you cannot find your link, contact help@complianceprime.com

Troubleshooting Login Issues

  • Check your confirmation email for the access link.
  • Confirm you are using the same email you registered with.
  • If the link doesn’t work, clear cache or try an incognito window.
  • Contact support at help@complianceprime.com.
