Accessing Webinar Recordings/On-demand

On-demand/recordings are available only to customers who have purchased the recording option. If you purchased the recording, you will receive an email with a secure access link within 24–48 hours after the live session. If you registered only for the live webinar, you will not automatically receive the recording. If you can’t locate the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact help@complianceprime.com

Downloading Slides and Handouts

Presentation slides, handouts, and any supplemental materials shared by the speaker are available as downloadable PDF files. You’ll receive the download links in the reminder email before the session and again in the follow-up email after the webinar. If you registered late or missed the live event, the same resources will still be included with your recording access email.

How Long Recordings are Available

Purchased recordings never expire. Once you receive your access link, you can return to it at any time and watch the session as many times as you’d like. Slides and handouts remain available for download and can be saved to your device for future reference.

How Long On-demands are Available

Purchased on-demand remain accessible for 30 days from the date of delivery. During this time, you can watch the session as many times as you’d like. Please note that once the access period expires, the recording will no longer be available. We recommend downloading the slides and handouts for future reference.
